QUINCY,
MASS, July 19, 2009 - New
website, EasyFoodandWine.com is
celebrating the addition of its fifteenth
recipe to its extensive wine pairing
recipe
collection.
EasyFoodandWine.com
was launched
in August 2008, and offers easy gourmet
recipes featuring chicken,
turkey, seafood, beef and pork, as
well as vegetarian recipes. Each recipe
featured on
the site includes two recommended wine
pairings.
"We
are very excited that our recipe choices
now include multiple options based on
either main ingredient, course type or
type of meal," said Michael
Kass, co-owner
of EasyFoodandWine.com and
the author of the site's recipes.
"Whether you're looking for appetizer
recipes, main course recipes, recipes for
entertaining or for weekday meals, we
have created delicious offerings to cover
all these needs that are simple to
prepare and pair well with
wine."
The
site's fifteenth recipe is
a Mediterranean Chicken Breast
Stuffed with Feta, Olives and Roasted
Peppers, that
is paired
with the 2007 La Crema Chardonnay from
the Sonoma Coast and the 2007 Joseph
Drouhin Mâcon-Villages from
Burgundy.
Amy and Mike have several additional
recipe creations to add in the next few
weeks as well as many ideas to continue
expanding the site's recipe
collection.
“Having
launched almost a year ago, the site has
rapidly gained in popularity and we've
received tremendous positive feedback
from our
readers,"
said Amy Kass, Mike's wife and co-owner
of EasyFoodandWine.com, responsible
for selecting
each wine pairing as well as the content
of the site's wine blog. "We have readers
at all levels of interest and
experience with food and wine, and our
recipes and food wine pairings have been
embraced both for their accessibility as
well
as quality."
New wine pairing recipes and wine articles
are added to the site regularly, and those who
